We are a private gallery housed in a series of Grade 2 listed jewellery workshops in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter. Built in the 1800’s and home to a huge variety of individual artisans up until the late 1970’s. The workshops have been converted from totally derelict to a sympathetic exhibition space. By retaining as many original features as possible – beams, window panes, bare walls, old nails, a huge iron girder – there is a narrative given to the history of the building.

 

Our exhibitions aspire to probe how art can change views. We want visitors to think about their, and societies, attitudes. Why stand by when we can steer change?
